Our MORTGAGE IS PAID IN FULL!
Thanks to many of you, our mortgage is now paid in full!
God is so good! He answers our prayers in His time and His way. He brought donors to help us eliminate a large portion of our monthly expenses.
When we bought the house, we went out on faith and committed to a 15 year mortgage instead of a 30 year loan. Our personal goal however, was to try and have it paid off in twelve (12) years. We paid it off in twelve years and two months. PRAISE THE LORD.
We have to also share with you that several years ago, an anonymous donor began donating $20,000 which was initially to go towards paying the principal only of the mortgage.
He/they told us however, that there was no point in paying toward the mortgage if we couldn't keep our doors open, and so gave us his/their blessing to use it as we felt was needed.
Had it not been for that donor, we might not have been able to keep the doors open.
Another anonymous donor who had been given a tour of our facility ten years ago, came back for another visit. While still being shown around on this second visit, he handed over a check and said "maybe this will help". Our mortgage was then paid off in full.
Praise the Lord for all those who donated towards this need!
